DAY 7

6天減了3.96磅,在計劃預期中,好開心啊!要繼續努力,其後目標每星期2磅。

早餐 : 營養shake + 1/4碗白飯

早點 : 細蕃薯

午餐 : 佛手瓜+蘑菇+雞蛋 一碗白飯

晚餐 : 大人話買些我減肥都食得的美食,期待中

謝謝大人為我預備無咁肥晚餐,沙拉還有紅莓及南瓜子。
