早餐
SHAKE + Banana (奶油蕉)

午餐
星期六日真係吃得太開心了,BBQ→HOTPOT→麥兜餐→炸排骨,所以今天果然沒有趺磅,意料之內啊!!!!

下午茶
5:00pm肚餓添,飲杯control instant mix,用它來代替零食,也是一個很好的選擇。
6:00pm開會前吃一個中型蘋果

晚餐
從前吃極都唔飽的我,今晚吃到第8件壽司已有飽肚感,我個胃識飽喇!!! YEAH!!!!!
