早餐
SHAKE

午餐
星期一晚開會太晚回家了,所以沒有時間預備lunch,又要出街吃lunch喇!
吃米線 + 魚旦+魚片頭+腐皮,湯底太咸盡量少吃,免水腫。

晚餐
又有飯局,跟精油朋友互相分享。揀錯餐,明明寫著三文魚牛油果焗飯,為何送我白汁,能夠做的就是主動拒絕餐湯及甜品,但總有恩典,餐廳老闆很好請我們吃小食及甜品,唔好意思唔食,又真係好味道 ^.^~~~!!!
