晚餐
午餐炸雞翼實在太勇了!!! 晚餐不能又犯規了。

回家時買了卡xb麥片,番到屋企看看原來卡路里都幾高,每次食半碗好了,半碗已經有200幾個卡路里,好彩我杯shake無糖的。

咁就240卡路里,仲要食完都唔會飽!!!!
