食用低GI值的食物

高升糖指數的食物 (包括澱粉食物,如馬鈴薯,白飯) 會讓胰島素上升而助長脂肪儲存,過多胰島素也會導致血糖降低產生飢餓感,如此血糖高低的波動會造成暴飲暴食,調整糖分的攝取是我最重要的改變之一。
