愛你的身體

喜愛身體的每一部分,別因為任何理由而嫌棄它,我發現尊重自己的身體並且對他感到自信,讓我能更自在地與自己的身體共處變得更健康, 當我停止擔心自己的外在,開始享受身體的銳變過程時,更能在健身房充分投入,勇於嘗試不一樣的鍛鍊,這些是我之前太過在意他人眼光是無法做到的事。
