我的減肥日誌@day 41 ~ 56

記錄過去15天的飲食可以改為我的增肥日誌,WAHAHAHAHA!!!!

這15天太忙了,沒有時間煮”我的碟頭飯”,又沒有理會吃什麼,可以做到的就是KEEP 住用SUPPLEMENT. 好彩過去15天只重了0.3kg,脂肪比率上升1%,內臟脂肪也升了0.5層,明天開始要乖乖地重新開始計劃了。
